With the theme of the year being “LET’S RISE,” FICCI FLO aims to bring more equitable, accessible, and empowered startups for women by creating a platform for women entrepreneurs, mentors, and investors that provides learning opportunities, access, and insights into the startup ecosystem.
They aim to provide women entrepreneurs access to various programs and opportunities, such as accelerators, incubation programs, grants, and the coveted Start-Up International Delegation.
To implement the president’s vision, she would be supported by the Startup Cell members: Aarti Gupta, Priya Goutham, Archana Burman, Priyanka Gulati, Phani Trivedi, Jyothi Thomas, Pooja Arambham, Simran Sahni & Anupama Modi.

Meeting Jyothi Thomas as my Mentor through the FLO Accelerator Program 2022 was an instant connect. In the first 15 mins we knew we clicked and there was scope for useful exchange of info and sharing that would benefit me and my venture. I was unable to manage time, balance personal and business front and was struggling with prioritisation issues. All 3 were addressed with empathetic listening, breaking the concerns into tiny bits and chalking a workable action plan based on what I shared and needed for my venture to get out of the state of numbness. Jyothi has been forthcoming and been prompt in responding to little details while on this accelerator program. We know we have some synergies that will always help us stay connected and i will have a Mentor in her to confide in in my upward startup journey
